Running

I like to run; sometimes regularly; sometimes frequently. I pay attention to, and explore, nutrition and diet because I like to be and feel as healthy as I can.

I also like learning. I guess you’d call me a “lifelong learner.” I tend to dive deep on topics as long as they hold my interest. As a self-diagnosed person with ADD/ADHD with the accompanying superpower of hyper-focus, dives can sometimes be really deep. This is a series of posts sharing what I’ve dug up; what I’ve tried; and the results.

This is only what I’ve researched. I’m not a PhD, MD, DO, or any other set of letters denoting authority. I gather information; see if it makes sense; and if it does, test it out on myself. Don’t try any of this at home! Ask your doctor before engaging in any physical activity, dietary modifications, or workout program.

Regardless of what you buy, I make a small commission on the purchase you make, at no extra cost to you.
